Sean Houlihan - The Importance of Physical Exercise in Schools

Physical exercise is essential for every adult and every student. Sean Houlihan is not only an educator but also an active adult. He loves staying fit, and he was the Athletic Director of the Newport County Boys and Girls Club in Newport, Rhode Island, between 2004 and 2005. There are many reasons why physical education is essential in schools.

Sean Houlihan Children have a lot of energy, and need to burn of some of that energy regularly. If they are not able to run and play, then it will be difficult for them to concentrate while sitting in a classroom. This is why recess and physical education classes are both necessary in elementary and middle schools. Children are able to run around and go wild before returning to their classrooms to learn.

It is important to teach children early on about the importance of health and physical fitness. Physical education classes are a great opportunity to teach children how to exercise properly and the importance of regular exercise. These classes will help keep kids active and healthy. They will also help them develop good fitness habits that may last throughout their adult lives.

Physical education not only keeps kids fit, but it also teaches students how to play sports and how to work with others. These classes are a great way to expose students to new games and sports and teach them how to play on a team. Sean Houlihan is an active adult and educator who loves staying in shape. When his is not teaching and helping his students, he runs and works on his boxing skills.
